AdriansGibsonia Refund Policy

At AdriansGibsonia, we strive to ensure our customers are always satisfied with their food and the service we provide. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned, and there may be circumstances where you may be eligible for a refund. Our refund policy is outlined below.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

  1. Taste and Preference: We appreciate that everyone's tastes and preferences differ. However, refunds will not be provided simply because you did not like the taste of the food ordered. We encourage you to provide feedback on the dishes you order to help us improve our food quality and service.
  2. Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel your order after it has been prepared or is en route, we are unable to provide a refund.
  3. Incorrect Delivery Information: If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect delivery information provided at the time of placing the order, a refund will not be provided.
  4. Other Arbitrary Reasons: We do not provide refunds for any other arbitrary reasons not outlined in the refund eligibility section above.

Refund Process

If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 5 minutes of the order placement with your order number and details of the issue. Once we confirm that your order is eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that individual bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Order Replacement Policy

If AdriansGibsonia delivers food different than what you ordered, you are eligible to have your order replaced under the following conditions:

  • For Pickup Orders: You must return the incorrect portion intact, and we will replace it with the correct item.
  • For Delivery Orders: The incorrect item must be intact and returned to us in order for us to exchange it with the correct item.
  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 5 minutes of receipt of the item.

Special Circumstances

We value our relationship with our customers and will review exceptional cases on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a unique situation that warrants a refund, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

  1. Availability: Delivery services are available during our operating hours, which are listed here. Please note that these times may vary during holidays and special events.
  2. Minimum Order Value: There is a minimum order value for all delivery orders, and the values vary depending on the distance from the restaurant.
  3. Cancellation and Refunds: Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 5 minutes after receiving your delivery.
  4. Delivery Safety: Our delivery personnel are trained in no-contact delivery practices to ensure your safety and theirs.
  5. Special Requests: We will do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
  6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We will do our best to meet these requirements, but please note that our kitchen handles a range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee that our meals are free from certain allergens.
  7. Disclaimers: We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions.
  8. Delivery Time: There is no guarantee on delivery time for orders. We will do our best to get you the order at the requested time.
